Salient Features:
Lamba Machine Tools manufactured presses are economically, accurate and have the advantages as under:

Frame:
A rigid steel structure welded & stress relieved before machining so as to eliminate any residual tensions. The structure is designed in such a manner that the stress & deflections are within the permissible limits and assure the maximum strength even under the highest load.

Eccentric shaft / Crankshaft & Bearings:
It is a forged piece of carbon steel and prior to the machining the shaft goes under various tests. Shaft is ground finished on bearing surfaces, all main and pitman bearings are of heavy walled nickel phosphorous bronze duly hand scrapped.

Slide:
This slide is a cast or fabricated out of high quality steel fully stress relieved and accurately machined. This runs on 4/6 independent extra long gibs with replaceable liners, bearings clearance bronze on the gibs easily adjustable. The gibs are of heavy duty grey iron castings, machined & hand scrapped.

Electrical Controls:
The pneumatically operated presses are supplied with electrical controlled for power on/off of main motor two hand engagements, once, inches or continuous operation + foot switch.

A lockable selector switch for once, inch and continuous mode of operation is provided on 100, 160, 200 & 250 ton capacity presses. The presses are equipped with reliable dual solenoid valve, prevents from faulty operation by electrical lockout. Two hand engagement devices, emergency stop is a standard feature. The electrical equipment/components used are in line with the latest safety measure.

Slide Counter Balanced:
Pn. counter balances provided to counter the weight of the slide and tooling which help in taking up the bearings clearance. The eases the slide adjustment and smooth movement as well of the slide and effective braking.

Pn. Clutch Brake:
The single disc clutch has the advantages e.g. a continuous jolt free stroke, no adjustment is needed to correct wear on the facings. a self ventilating - increases its performance. The operation is safe and fast.

Lubrication:
An automatic lubrication system is provided for all moving parts of the machine-assures for a trouble free running of the machine.
